Copes Driving School reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the original lesson/booking price in the event of the client cancelling within 24 hours of the original booking time. If a client fails to attend a booking i.e. a no show, it is considered a cancellation. We appreciate that people get sick, or called in to work at short notice etc, and will treat each case and charging a cancellation fee individually, and is at the discretion of the instructor.

Cancellations made by Copes Driving School in the event of the instructor unable to attend, due to illness or circumstances beyond our control, will receive a full refund if pre-paid, and will be rescheduled ASAP.
