We don’t just teach for a driving test, we teach skills for life. Our aim is to help our clients develop independence in driving and independent thinking. Unfortunately, too many people focus on the driving test as the final goal. This is not the case at Copes. We focus on what happens after the driving test is passed and the novice driver is on their own.
Areas we service
At Copes Driving School we concentrate on helping those clients in the Sutherland Shire.

Occasionally we do take clients from the lower St George area if they are referred to us.

However we don’t just drive around the Sutherland Shire.

During lessons we will drive to plenty of other areas to broaden the experiences of our clients and challenge their driving skills in unfamiliar areas.

Standard Lesson - 1 Hour
Our most popular choice and suitable for all levels of experience. Enough time to develop your skills without overloading you, or wearing you out. Quick, efficient, and never boring.

For those with more experience looking to hone their skills. Allows a little extra time to practice, without pushing you too far. More driving, for less dollars.

Intensive Lesson - 2 Hours
Longer out of area drives to further broaden experience. For those learners further along their journey, who are moving closer to driving solo. More time, better value.

Cancellation Policy
Copes Driving School reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the original lesson/booking price in the event of the client cancelling within 24 hours of the original booking time. If a client fails to attend a booking i.e. a no show, it is considered a cancellation. We appreciate that people get sick, or called in to work at short notice etc, and will treat each case and charging a cancellation fee individually, and is at the discretion of the instructor.
Cancellations made by Copes Driving School in the event of the instructor unable to attend, due to illness or circumstances beyond our control, will receive a full refund if pre-paid, and will be rescheduled ASAP.
